My most effective/favorite weight loss tips!!!

This year has been a lot of change for me. One of the biggest being my lifestyle habits. I stopped going out to pubs much, and my drinking is to a very minimum(stopped completely for 3-4 months at a time, now I drink maybe once a month, and only consist of 3-4 drinks). I worked on fixing the liver problems I created from 10 years of heavy drinking. I believe in order to lose weight, you must fix any existing issues your body is currently going through. You body is a complete system made up of every complex organs and little systems. If one is out of wack the whole system will not work properly. Sure you could lose weight but it won't be a lasting weight loss and you may end up sick from malnutrition. *Disclaimer- I am not a certified nutritionist, use these tips at your own risk So tip number 1 is to start feeding your body healing foods and get rid of things such as alcohol or sugar that creates havoc in your body. Plus being aware of the so called health foods. B...

Arbonne RE9 advanced anti-aging skin care line- my HONEST opinion

Well its been over a month of trying this skin care line and I am here to show you the results. A friend sells Arbonne and asked if I would like to try it out. Its a vegan friendly product, so thought it couldn't hurt to try. After looking at the ingredients, some are not natural or ethical. Such as mica and Propanediol. When I was looking into those ingredients its quite frightening. I am a big believer in the most holistic approach. A lot of products these days do more damage then good. So why not use natural ingredients you can find in your kitchen? Plus beauty and reversing aging needs to start with a high functional body. From the inside out. Not the other way around. One thing I did like about doing this regime was the new habit I created by washing my face daily. Which I will continue to carry out. But with completely natural ingredients. My BEFORE picture: As you can see there is redness on my cheeks, some little lines under my eyes and black h...

American Living in England Pros and Cons

So I moved to England last March... My situation is probably different then others who are considering living here. I moved here because my boyfriend at the time wanted to get more serious with me. We had chatted about what we would like to see our futures become. And they were inline with each others. We both wanted to start a family and he wanted to help me succeed in the Acting profession. I needed a little stability which he could provide. Plus we thought each other as attractive. So I spent all my money(believe it was good chunk of money) to get me and my dog Winchester out to England. That way we could make our relationship work.  We knew that if I came out to England, it would be a long term thing. So before I did all that we had already talked about marriage.   Fast forward to now. I am married to a military man, who I love, and slightly integrated into the UK community. I say slightly because currently I am a house wife only(I actually enjoy being a hom...

The easiest magic you can do right now!!!

Guess what? It's the universal law of attraction!! I bet your thinking "Oh crap not this shit again. 😆" There is so much information on this topic. So it may seem like yesterday's trash. I mean come on, who hasn't heard of movie "The Secret".  If you haven't, your not well informed. To some this may seem like a new topic. But its actually been around for a very long time. Its just been called different things. So why am I writing about it? I have come to the realization that some don't get how it works. It confuses people. I have heard people say it never works for them or its a bunch of bullshit. Positive thinking is just.... positive thinking. Which I can understand if your not applying it correctly. So I am going to break it down. And give you the tools to REALLY apply it and have it work for you. #1. Gratitude. If you are not doing this you will never receive the universes gifts!! How many moments in your day do you stop and r...

OMG There is a Lump(Lipomas) on my Dog!! The Problem and finding a Solution.

I'd like to introduce to you my wonderful furry friend and forever baby, Winchester. If your a close friend you've probably already met him. I call him Win, Winny, Winchester lee leung, hey you, Win baby, others have called him Little.... If you have a Dog or Cat in your life, they become very special to you! They become family members. And you want them to live a long, healthy life!! So a few weeks back I found a relatively small lump on Winchester's chest. About the size of a pea. I was concerned but not overly worried. I researched online for holistic remedies. A lot of articles say putting turmeric on the lump(or orally) helps with inflammation. Plus most articles give a list of what may cause this skin problem in the first place. The most common causes are: Processed human food Basic dog food(kibble) Di-worm medicine, vaccines Sugar Over Weight Spinal problems So I started putting castor oil and turmeric together on it. This seemed to initially ...

Banishment aka Dis-fellowshiped leaving the Jehovah's Witness religion

Who would have thought a religion could make you a orphan? Yes that's correct I became an orphan or "lost boy" after leaving the Jehovah's Witness religion. I don't even know how to discuss this topic. The pain I have experienced losing my biological family. All because I don't believe in their religion. On one hand I embraced who I was, but on the other I lost something very dear to me. I got to follow my heart and still do, which has been the best thing for me. I make up what I lost by loving the ones who stay in my life. They became my new family. But it isn't as thick as blood as the saying would go. When did it happen?  This happened after my first husband and I split. I told him I was no longer wanting to be a JW. How come you didn't just dis-associate yourself?(dis-associating is allowing JW's to still communicate with you) That is actually what I tried to do. I said I didn't believe in the religion but the Elders deci...

Ghost Stories

Do you believe in ghost's? I decided I wanted to do a little blog in the spirit of Halloween/Samhain. Even though it hasn't gotten much colder, the nights are much longer and grown quite windy. There is something in the air. It feels thick. I can sense winter is coming(lol to all you GOT fans). As I sit in this quite living room in the early afternoon, I want to give mention to the things unseen. Everyone has a story and I have heard plenty. I have experienced a few too. So what is the purpose of these entities? Just to scare us or TRICK us? There once was a young boy of Asian decent. I don't know much about him. But my husband relayed this story to me, as he is a relative to him. Supposedly the young boy lived in a older house. The parents thought this boy was clumsy because he would constantly be falling down the stairs. Finally one day a grandparent ask the boy "whats the matter with you," "why did you fall again?" The little boy pointed to ...

Embracing the Empath in Me

What does it mean to be an Empath. I think a lot of peoples ideas of the word are quite different. My meaning of the label maybe wrong, but hopefully it will resonate with some. Growing up I thought I might be one, but didn't really think I was that special(had low self esteem), so would always pass by the thought quickly. It was actually only quite recently that I truly believed that I was one. When you have a different ability then most, you think your parents would recognize it and you would get understanding from them. This was never the case for me. This last year three different people told me, they thought I was an Empath in the same month. That's when I was starting to see it being true. Here is a list of traits that I have that I believe are Empathic : Social anxiety(used to get sick thinking I had to go to school). Some times malls and busy streets can make you dizzy. Un-confrontational to the extreme. I would always feel guilty even though I needed to s...

Daily ritual for more energy

So have been meaning to write this down for everyone. Its a easy daily ritual to help open your chakras. I use this while taking a shower/bath. Which is lovely because like most people we don't have hours of time to spend doing rituals daily. This ritual is based off older rituals I have used while studying magic. But instead of using spirit names who I am not close with, I use the planets and there power. I feel much closer to these planets(since studying astrology for years) and I think there is more power in that reasoning. While in shower/bath you can do this either during your cleansing routine or right before. You can either say or vibrate these phrases. :) Begin by imaging yourself growing up to the point your are bigger then the earth, bigger then the solar system, bigger then the universe. See a bright light and pluck it with your power hand and pull it to your Crown chakra. Breathe in and as your breathing out say out loud(or in head) "Energetic Moon...

Why and How I left being a Jehovah's Witness

Growing up I was very malleable. I wanted to be liked more then anything. So I didn't question the religion. Everyone else seemed to believe it.  This took some control of my life away from me.  I was a people pleaser. Also I never questioned what I wanted out of life or what makes me happy. But there come's a point in everyone's life that you are at a crossroad. I very vividly saw an image of myself living my day to day life I always had. And like a dream/nightmare I would wake up at an older age maybe around 50-60 years old and think how I have just blindly been miserable all this time. This started to become a reoccurring thought.  So then I had to ask my self, "Why am I soo miserable?" At this point I was married for about 4 years. I did enjoy some parts of being married at the time. I adopted a new family who was very lovely. But being young and inexperienced I felt unfulfilled. I thought "is this really it?" Work a 9-5 job that I hate, go to ...
