Gain your first 100+ instagram followers in a month free with these tips!!

shows the date I started my instagram shows how many followers I have This will be a short post! I want you all to use these tips to gain followers quickly. Even though you do not need to spend money on boosting your post, you will need to use some time and effort to achieve this goal. Tip number one: what are you selling? Is it fashion, jewelry(which is what I create), handmade crafts, and ect? Once you know what your instagram page is about then you can find others who currently are in the same niche as yourself. I searched for other jewelry artist and then I look on there followers list. I add those who I think will be relevant to my community. Tip number two: Who you add is like a gamble you don't know they are going to add you back so you may end up following a lot more than those who follow you. One way to decipher whether you think they will follow you back is how many followers they have to how many they follow. If they have 15k followers and only f...

First time mom. . .things you didn't know about

Honestly, I must have lived under a rock or something because there is so much to pregnancy I had no clue about!! The movies portrayed "oh you threw up once, you must be pregnant" and than they go on their marry way. Haaa if only!! I am going to open the doors to the nitty gritty of it all, and welcome you to the "real" first trimester. I think this post will be great for those looking to get pregnant and also those who are going through the same things. Obviously your body will go through changes, but one of the first things that happened to me was my breast started to do some unusual things. To say this in the most tactful way... my nipples stayed hard and you could see them through my bra and shirt(trust me it was a bit uncomfortable). When I found out I was pregnant I was very happy to know that I could create a little blessing! But those feelings were fleeting as the "morning sickness" set in. To describe morning sickness , imagine getting fo...

Becoming a Mother

Good Afternoon friends! I can't believe its almost 2020, what's worse is I haven't blogged since 2018. I must apologize for the lack of blogging. It is great how life can sweep you off your feet and take you on so many journeys. Me and Sy had been trying to conceive while we were in England. Unfortunately It never happened even though we were hoping every month for a positive pregnancy test. So life goes on. We moved back to the States and I decided that maybe it be best I work on my career goals instead. It seemed like the opportune time to join the Air Force reserves, like I had talked to my husband about doing. After going to take the ASVABS, I had two choices laid in front of me. Do admin work or work in Space systems. I opted for the later because admin seemed too boring for me and also this path would open up more opportunities down the road. So I made the decision to do Space Systems but there was a catch I had found out later. Since my high school tra...

iphone apps that I use for good not evil

My iPhone apps I hope everyone is having a great week so far!! I have been wanting to write this post for a while but with my life just putting a damper on my mind power, I haven't had the chance till now.  I think our phone is kind of like a women's purse, we carry lots of essential things. As a woman, I still find it intriguing to see what other ladies carry along(and I know most Males wonder too). And along those lines, I feel that certain apps can be essential to our lives in so many ways. So let us delve into the "unsecret" life of my iPhone.  Mundane apps I use often/not so often (besides basic social media apps like FB, Twitter, Instagram) : Youtube - always good to have when far away from a computer. Fitbit - only randomly look at this one. Plant Nanny- I love this app because you grow a plant everytime you water it. You can only water your plant when you drink a glass of water yourself. This literally keeps me drinking water even though I tend...

Sorry for being MIA- only read if you like rants and emotional posts!!!

This post is gonna be me venting and writing out my struggles of 2018 so far. Which isn't usually my style. But I think it will be good therapy for me. Plus if you have been following me as a blogger and notice I fell of the face of the planet... here you will kinda get a glimpse of my life lately. Its been a hard year, to say the least. I am now finally not feeling so exhausted, but unfortunately, this new found energy will be short-lived. Which you will find out if you continue to read this post. I understand life is about living but also about death. And death hit home in January when my Grandpa passed away. This from an outside perspective figured it didn't affect me much. But that isn't the case for a person like myself( highly sensitive/empath ). Because even though I wasn't very close to my Grandpa(not by my choice), doesn't mean I don't care or feel sadness. And for me, I just didn't know how to feel. Its a confusion feeling of ...

Why its ok to quit a project/fail.

I've been meaning to write this post for a while. But life has been getting in the way. Esp when you decide to do a water fast and a juice fast lol. And quite frankly I just didn't make time to write it.😂 Not because I don't think its important but because its ok to procrastinate at times.  My whole life seems to be a series of rules that someone made up to keep me or you from just being your own damn self. I clearly love to defy these rules. For an instance as soon as I find a love in some type of hobby, I end up feeling compelled to put a time schedule on it(why do I do that). And make it more complicated than what it should be. Then I am like f@#k this time frame. But where did these rules come from? Is it just me creating these rules for myself? (maybe you can relate?) Or maybe it's the media that creates these rules of how perfect and successful I should be. I want to be successful but it can really zap the joy out of things. This especially can happen...

Creating moments of happiness.

Most people either unconscientious or conscientiously are searching for happiness in their life. But the truth from my own experience is you won't find it outside yourself. No person, thing or situation can make you happy for long. And lasting happiness is a myth . Because life is about the experience of all emotions. Without pain or sadness, or even just melancholy, you wouldn't know what happiness feels like. But the great thing is you can create more happiness in your life. There is an effort on your part, it won't just randomly be on your doorstep( or will it? ). But it is possible to create these moments of happiness. Before I share my own ways that may help you find joy in your life. I would like to talk about a universal law that most are not familiar with. This is the law of the pendulum . Which I think is an important law that most don't explain. Imagine a pendulum moving back and forth, one side is happiness and the other is sadness. The center is bal...
